Crockpot Freezer meal MuShu Pork

Ingredients

1 3-4 lb Pork roast5 shredded carrots1/2 head shredded cabbage1 bunch green onions, chopped1 can Bamboo Shoots1 bottle Hoisin Sauce, divided (half for the crock pot, half for while serving)2 T grated Ginger Root3 cloves minced garlicBlack Pepper (to taste)
Divide all ingredients between 2 gallon size freezer ziplocks. Write on bag: cook in crock pot 8 hours on low, serve with rice, noodles or in tortillas.
On cooking day, place in crockpot (can defrost in fridge or just run under hot water until easy to remove from bag) cook.
Serve over rice or noodles, or wrap in tortillas (not included in nutrition information). Serve with more hoisin sauce
