Easy Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredients
2c Milk1/2 c splenda4 eggs1/4 cup softened butter1 1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 c Bisquick or Jiffy Mix1 c shredded coconut UNSWEETENED
Directions
Place first 6 ingredients in blender, blend at medium speed for 3 min. Add 3/4 cup coconut and blend on low for 30sec.
Spray pie pan with cooking spray.
Pour mixture into pie pan
Let stand 5 min
Top with remaining coconut
Bake at 350 for 35-40 min
