Low Carb Mornay Sauce

Ingredients
500ml Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk1Tbs Mustard Powder! Tbs Onion PowderSaltWhite Pepper1 Tsp Glucomannan powder100gm Reduced fat Cheddar Cheese - grated
Directions
1. Place Milk, Mustard Powder, Onion Powder, Salt and Pepper and Glucomannan Powder into a 2 litre Jug.

2. Use a stick Blender to combine for approx. 1 minute.

3. Pour into a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.

4. Remove from heat and stir in the Cheese.

Serving Size: makes 4 x 1/2 cup serves
