Balsamic Honey Glaze Pork Chop

Ingredients
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar2T butter2T SF honey1 t fresh rosemary1/4 t red pepper flakes4 thick-cut pork chopssalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all but pork chops in a saucepan on low until butter is melted and there are light bubbles. Set 2T aside in small bowl.
Preheat grill or grill pan.
Season chops with remaining glaze.
Grill both sides for 3-4 minutes (thermometer = 140)
Use a clean brush to spread glaze from bowl over chops
