Individual Lasagna GF

Ingredients
1 Box - Tinkyada GF Lasagna Noodles 6oz.Breakstone's 2% Milkfat Small Curd Lowfat Cottage Cheese1 Lg.Egg, fresh1/2lb. Ground Turkey2 Cups - Classico - Spinach & Cheese Pasta Sauce12oz. - cheese, Sargento mozz.25 cup - Red Onion Raw
Directions
Cook Noodles as directed.
Cook turkey and onions together until done.
Mix the egg in with the cottage cheese
In a pampered chef brownie pan drape a noodle across the hole and push the middle down in.
Place a half tablespoon of meat, half tablespoon of sauce, half teaspoon of cottage cheese mix. half Tablespoon of shredded mozz.
Fold one side over the mixture and add another layer of the fillings.
Fold over the other side to top it off and add sauce and mozz. cheese.
Cook for 30 min. on 350degrees
