Ingredients
2- lbs extra lean ground beef1- 32 oz bag frozen mixed veggies2- pouches Idahoan Roasted Garlic instant potatoes2- packets brown gravy mix2- cups 2% sharp cheddar cheese shredded
Directions
Brown ground beef, then sprinkle dry gravy mix over beef and stir (don't add water). Place ground beef into 9x13" dish. Heat or thaw veggies, place over ground beef. Prepare potatoes per pkg instructions then spread over veggies. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350* F until heated through and cheese is melted.
