Ingredients
1 1/2 cup brown rice flour1tbl. coconut flour2 tsp. baking powder1tsp. baking soda1 tbl. pumpkin pie spicessift all dry 2 tbl. coconut oil2 tbl. molasses2tbl. ginger spreadmelt coconut oil, molasses, and ginger spread on low heatin sauce pan1/4 cup brown sugar2 lg. eggsmix eggs and sugar add a little at a time of the coconut oil mix then add1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk ( or milk of choice)mix wet with dry and cook on oiled griddle ( I ues coconut oil)
