Turkey Kielbasa Stew

Ingredients
1 lb Turkey Kielbasa, cooked, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/4 " slices1 (16oz) can Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed1 (15.5 oz) can Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed1 (15 oz) can Black Beans, drained and rinsed1 (15 oz) can Tomato Sauce3 medium Carrots, thinly sliced2 small Onions, separated into rings1/2 cup Red Wine (or Beef Broth)2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar2 cloves Garlic1 Teaspoon Dried Tyme
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; transfer to an ungreased 3-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until carrots are tender.

Or put all ingredients in a crockpot on low for approximately 8 hours.

Makes 8 (approximately 1 cup) servings.
