Chicken Rice and Broccoli with Cheese

2 1/2 cups uncooked rice (I use brown rice)2 chicken breasts, cooked ad shredded10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soupmilk - 2 cans (fill empty soup can)2 cups steamed chopped broccoli8 oz bag shredded sharp cheddar cheesesalt/pepper to taste
Stir all ingredients together in a casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese melts.
