Chicken Broccoli Supreme

1 lb fresh broccoli, cut into pieces and steamed 2 min2 chicken breasts, cut into chunks and cooked2 cups cheddar cheese1/2 c plain Panko bread crumbs1/3 c butter1/4 c cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 c water1/3 c chicken stock2 c milksalt and pepper, to taste
1. In a greased 13X9 pan, layer the cooked broccoli and chicken, set aside.
2. In saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add cornstarch dissolved in water, chicken broth, seasonings and milk. Stir well and continue stirring until sauce has thickened.
3. Turn heat down to low and add 1 1/2 cups of the cheese. Stir until melted.
4. Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli. Top with remaining cheese.
5. Top with panko bread crumbs. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil.
6. Bake uncovered at 350 for about 30 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and brown.
