Squash & Asparagus Casserole

Ingredients
Summer squash (5 med), slicedAsparagus tips (2 bundles), 2-3"Onion (med), slicedBreadcrumbs, 1 cupSharp Cheddar (grated), 2 cupsMilk (non-fat), 1-1.5 cups
Directions
Slice squash and onions. Cut off the top 2-3" of the asparagus and layer all three vegetables in 9x13" casserole dish. Add breadcrumbs and cheese and pour milk over dish.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (remove foil after about 45 minutes to allow cheese to brown slightly.)
