Ingredients
2 cans Green Giant White Shoepeg Corn1 can H-E-B Green Chillies Diced Tomatoes1 can Parade Blackeye Peas1 can H-E-B Black Beans1 large Green Pepper, chopped1 Jalapeno, Fresh, de-seeded/ chopped1 Red Onion, chopped1 bottle Light Italian DressingTostitos Multigrain Scoops
Directions
1) Add all ingredients together, with liquid
2) Soak overnight (24 hrs)
3) Drain liquid at least 30 minutes before serving
4) Store cold and eat cold
