Cashew Mayonnaise

Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews1 3/4 c boiling water2 tbsp lemon juice1 tsp Redmond Real Salt1 tsp onion powder1/8 tsp granulated garlicfew grains of tumeric2 tsp potato flour
Directions
Rinse Cashews and put them and the boiling water together in the blender. Blend until smooth. Add all other ingredients except the potato flour. Blend well then add the potato flour and refrigerate.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 40 tbsp spoon servings
