Grab and Go Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar1/2 cup honey1/2 cup natural peanut butter3 cups shredded wheat spoon size cereal, coarsely crushed3/4 cup dried apricots, cut into bite pieces
Directions
1.Use your stove top: Mix sugar, honey and peanut butter in large microwavable bowl. Microwave on high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until bubbly at edges; stir until well blended.
2. Stir in cereal and apricots. Press firmly into 8-inch sprayed with cooking spray. Cool.
3. Cut into bars. Store in airtight container. Makes 16 servings, 1 bar each.
