vanilla cake made with splenda

Ingredients
cooking spray with flour3 cup cake flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp baking soda1 1/2 c butter, softened1/2 c + 1/8 cups or 1/2 cup + 2 tbsps Splenda sugar blend or 1 1/4 cup of Splenda or regular sugar2/3 cups milk1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract4 large eggs
Directions
Preheat oven t 375. Spray cake pan, either 3 round cake pan or rectangular pan.

Mix cake flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda an set aside.

Beat soften butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on high speed until fluffy.

Beat in flour mixture, milk, vanilla and eggs on medium speed until blended, scraping bowl occasionally. Beat 2 mins longer. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.

Bake 19-23 mins or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool 10 mins, remove from pan to wire rack to frost or leave in pan and cut into pieces.
