This was easy and delicious! I did use nonfat milk, no butter, and instead of dill and basil, I sprinkled with Old Bay Seasoning and a little parmesan cheese. My husband even enjoyed!! - 2/14/09

This is a good dish! I didn't have the fresh herbs at home so I used dry ones, it was ok but I will definitely use the fresh next time. I also only used half an onion, a whole one looked to be a little too much for my taste. Thanks for sharing!! - 2/16/11

I thought it was okay. I substituted with skim milk and added a pinch of coarse salt and fresh ground pepper. Even though, I still thought it was bland. The fish itself was flaky and moist. But bland and not to enjoyable. - 1/25/10

my family loved this. my dad, bro and i love seafood but we're used to eating it fried. :-/ this was FANTASTIC and has inspired me to try all sorts of new seafood dishes. i used skim milk and "i can't believe its not butter". also used Old Bay Seasoning instead of dill/basil. Now a family favorite! - 7/27/09

Unfortunately, only had dried herbs. It was quite ordinary, but I imagine it will taste better once I have fresh herbs in the garden to use. I think it would benefit from the onion being caramelized for added flavor. - 4/27/11
