Hot Fudge Sundae Cake

1cup all-purpose flour3/4 cup No Calorie Sweetner2 tablespoons baking cocoa1/2 cup nonfat milk2 tablespoons canola oil1 teaspoon vanilla2 oz. Walnuts1 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup baking cocoa1 3/4 cups very hot water
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix flour, no calorie sweetner, 2 tablespoons cocoa, and baking powder in ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches. Mix in milk, oil, and vanilla with fork until smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread in pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa over the batter. Pour water over batter.
Bake 40 minutes or until top is dry.
Spoon warm cake into dessert dishes. Top with ice cream or whipped cream. Spoon sauce from pan onto each serving.
