Paleo (turkey) Salisbury Steak w/ Mushroom Gravy

Steaks:1.5lb ground turkey.5 medium yellow onion, chopped1 garlic clove, minced.5 tsp rosemary1 tsp paprila1 tsp fennel seed1 tsp sea saltground pepper to tast1 TB coconut oilGravy:8 oz mushrooms, choppedsea salt and black pepper to taste2 cups beef broth.5c light coconut milk1 TB flour or corn starch (sub coconut flour and arrowroot starch for full paleo), mixed with a bit of water to make a slurry
1. Mix all steak ingredients except oil.
2. Make into 4 large patties, about an inch thick.
3. Heat oil in nonstick over medium-high and add patties.
4. Cooked until browned and caramelized, about 6 minutes per side.
5. Remove patties and tent with foil to keep warm.
6. Add mushrooms to pan and season. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
7. Add beef broth and coconut milk. Bring to boil.
8. Add slurry and stir until thick. Remove from heat and serve over steaks.
