6 Cups Organic Baby Spinach organic3 Cups Organic Romaine Lettuce1/3 Organic English Cucumber, skin on, cut into chunks 3 stalks organic celery hearts1/2 Avocado1 whole lemon, peeled and cut into 1/4's2 scoops Garden of Life 100% Organic Wheat Grass1 Apple - cored and cut into slices2 ounces Organic Aloe Vera Juice1/2 cup Alfalfa Sprouts, 20 ounces rejuvelac probiotic/acidophilus drink
1. Put rejuvelac into blender; add spinach, romaine, cucumber, celery, wheat grass, alfalfa sprouts, aloe juice and lemon. Blend on medium high for 1 minute or until creamy.
2. Add apple and avocado. Blend on medium for 1-2 minutes or until creamy.
3. Store in glass jars.
