Sugarless Cake

Ingredients
2 cups raisins2 cups water1 cup unsweetened applesause2 eggs (Small)2 teaspoons Splenda1/2 cup olive oil2 cups self-rising flour1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon1/2 teaspoons nutmeg1 teaspoon vanilla2 small bananas, sliced1/2 cup nuts of your choice
Directions
Cook raisins in water until absorbed. Let cool. Add Splenda, applesause, eggs, oil & vanilla. Blend well. Sift together flour, cinnamon & nut meg. Add raisin mixture to dry ingredients and mix. Fold in sliced bananas and nuts (if desired) last. Bake in a 350 degree oven in bundt pan for 45 minutes. Yields: 24 servings
