Vegetarian navy beans with barley

Ingredients
navy beanspearl barleychopped onionschopped carrotschopped celeryanchovie oiltomato sauce no salt365 vegetable no salt brothdried parsleyblack peppergarlic saltchili powder
Directions
soak navy beans overnight, drain.
add one container organic 365 vegetable broth
add chopped onions, celery, carrots and barley.
start to heat to boil.
add seasonings: parsley, pepper, garlic, chili powder with tomato sauce & anchovie oil.
let simmer one hour, then cool.
