Southwest Pasta Salad with Chicken

Ingredients
3 cups cooked pasta1/2 cup chopped bell peppers1 Anaheim pepper12 grape tomatoes1.5 cups chopped white meat rotisserie chicken (no skin)1 can black beans, drained and rinsed1 cup frozen cornDressing:1/4 cup orange marmalade1 tbsp. olive oil1 tbsp. chipotle in adobosalt and pepper to tastejuice of 1 lime
Directions
Whisk together ingredients for dressing, set aside

In a pan, spray with cooking spray, then sautee peppers (both kinds) on medium for 5 minutes, until soft, add corn and tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.

Combine all ingredients, then add dressing. This salad gets better as it sits, next day is good.
