collard greens

Ingredients
2 tbs unsalted butter3 tbs extra virgin olive oil1 cup small chopped onion2 cloves garlic minced2 dried bay leaves1/4 c. balsamic vinegar1/4 c. apple cider vinegar (raw)1-2 tbs hot pepper vinegar8 oz. cooked ham5 cups cleaned and cut collard greens4-5 cups organic chicken broth
Directions
brown onions in butter and oil on medium heat, adding garlic during last minute of cooking. add broth and bay leaves and all vinegar. bring to boil, add greens and ham. turn down to simmer, cook for 2 hours.
