Honey, 4 tspActive Dry Yeast, 4 tsp Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup Flour, white, 1 cup Table Salt, 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Warm Water, 1 cup
Proof yeast, honey and 1 tbsp white flour in 1 cup warm water (115*) for 10 minutes.
Stir in salt and oil.
Add enough flour so that dough is no longer sticky, but bouncy to the touch.
Let rise in warm place for 30 minutes. Then transfer dough to parchment lined loaf pan.
Pre-heat oven to 425* for 10 minutes, while dough is rising.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Turn oven down to 350* and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before slicing.
