Pink Salmon - Skineless and Boneless Canned, 14 oz (remove)Oatmeal (plain), .75 cup dry (remove)Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large (remove)chopped green onion, 2 Tblsp (remove)Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Combine all ingredients except oil and mix well. Shape to form oval patties about 1/2 inch thick.
Pan fry the patties in oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and heated through. Serve hot. Makes 6-7 patties.
