Cheesy spaghetti squash casserole

Spaghetti Squash, 2 cup Garlic, 2 clove Half and Half Cream, .5 cup Sour Cream 1 cupOnions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Red Bell Pepper 1 cup chopped
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Remove seeds and place spaghetti squash face down on baking sheet. Bake for 30-40 min or until tender.
2. Cook onions in butter over medium-low heat until softened. Stir in garlic, cook for a minute longer. Scrape onions and garlic into bowl. Add heavy cream, sour cream, and half of the cheese. Toss together well until ingredients are evenly distributed.
4. Shred with a fork the spaghetti squash and discard shells.
5. Mix spaghetti squash with all other ingredient.
6. Pour into a greased casserole and top with remaining cheese.
7. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
