Nettie's Tuna Burgers

Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped2 (6 oz) cans water packed tuna, drained & flaked1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese1/2 cup chopped green (or red) bell pepper1/2 chopped onion3/4 tsp garlic powder3/4 tsp. pepper1 cup mayonnaise (or salad dressing)8 whole wheat rolls, split
Directions
In a bowl, combine eggs and tuna. Add the cheese, veggies, & seasoning. Mix well. Stir in the mayo. Let sit for a few minutes to combine flavors, then spoon 1/2 cup onto each roll. Wrap in foil & bake at 400 for 15 minutes, or till heated through.
