mid west cheese chowder

Ingredients
2 cups diced potatoes1/2 cup sliced carrots1/2 cup sliced celery1/4 cup chopped onion1 1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper2 cups boiling water1/4 cup of margarine 1/4 cup flour2 cups milk10 oz of cheddar cheese shredded2 cups cream of corn
Directions
combine potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, in water, then put in salt and pepper, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. do not drain, make cream sauce with flour, milk, and margarine. add cheese, stir until melted. add corn and the veggies (remember do not drain veggies) heat do not boil
