1.0 cup Sour Cream2.0 tbsp Chili powder2.0 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup8.0 tbsp Old El Paso Chopped Green Chile1.0 cup Aldi's Happy Farms Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (1/4 C)3.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted10.0 serving Trader Joe's Reduced Carb Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas, 1 tortilla
Combine all ingredients except tortillas, stirring well.
Warm tortillas in damp paper towels for 30 min in microwave to aid in rolling easily. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of filling in each tortilla and roll, placing into a 9x13 pan, two columns of 7 tortillas each. Spoon remaining filling across top of enchiladas and bake for 30 min at 375.
