Low Cal/Low Fat Spaghetti

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey, 99% Fat Free1 lb Organic Diced Tomatoes1 can organic Tomato Paste1 can Organic Tomato Sauce2 (7 oz) cans mushrooms 1 Box Whole Wheat Spaghetti1 medium onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced2 tbs worcestershire sauce5 drops tabasco sauce1/2 tsp of basil and oregano2 tbsp dehydrated parsley
Directions
Use a large skillet that will hold all the ingredients!

Lightly brown turkey with onion and garlic. Add all other ingredients (except pasta) and simmer for 10 minutes.

Combine in baking dish (I use a dutch oven), cover, and bake 30-40 minutes at 350.
