5 Tbsp Chia seeds3/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds2 cups Almonds whole (toasted and chopped if desired)3 cups Oatmeal (plain), dry2 cups Dates, pitted, chopped 1/2 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style1/2 cup Raw honey

MI OATS, DATES, NUTS, AND SEEDS IN LARGE MIXING BOWL. MELT HONEY AND PEANUT BUTTER IN SMALL SAUCEPAN OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL WELL BLENDED AND LIQUIFIED. POUR OVER DRY MIXTURE AND BLEND WELL. SHAPE INTO 1INCH BALLS. sTORE IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER IN FRIDGE, OR FREEZE.
