Split pea and red lentil soup-crock pot

Ingredients
Split peas, 2 cupsRed lentils, 1.5 cupsonion, 1 large, choppedgarlic, 5 cloves, choppedcumin, 2 tbspvegetable broth, 6 cupswater, 6 cupslemon juice, 1 tbspbaking soda, 2 tspcurry powder, 1 tbsppepper, to tastegarlic powder, 3 tsp (optional)
Directions
Throw all ingredients into a crock pot and let cook on medium heat for at least 4 hours. After it is cooked, let cool and puree till smooth.
