Cheesey Chicken and Ham Corn Chowder

Ingredients
6 tbsp. Blue Bonnet Margarine7 cloves garlic, minced1 large onion, chopped1 cup chopped green pepper1 jalapeno, minced3 cups frozen yellow corn6 medium potatoes, chopped2 cups diced tomatoes1.5 lbs. cooked chopped chicken breast.5 lbs. chopped lean ham1.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese2 cups 1% milk4 chicken bouillon cubes12 cups water1 tsp. cumin1/2 tsp. ground red pepper1/2 tsp. thymesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In the bottom of a large stock pot, melt margarine and saute onions, peppers and garlic. Add water, bouillon, tomatoes, potatoes and herbs. Simmer until potatoes are tender. Add chicken, ham, corn cheese and milk. Stir and continue to simmer over low heat for another 20 minutes to incorporate flavors. Makes at least 15 very generous 1.5 cup servings
