Easy Mac and Cheese Veggie Chicken Casserole

4 Tbsp. I Can't Believe it is Not Butter - light1 Cup 2% milk8 oz Rotini2 cup diced cooked skinless chicken4 cup frozen mixed vegetables thawed1 1/4 cup bread crumbs1 tbsp. parmesan cheese2 1/4 low fat shredded cheddar cheese
1. Cook Rotini as directed. Set aside
2. Combine 3 tbsp. ICBB (melted) with pasta, chicken, veggies and cheese. Put in a 8 in. baking dish. I PAM sprayed the dish first.
3. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and the 1 tbsp. ICBB and sprinkle on top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
