Spicy Chicken Enchiladas!

Ingredients
Directions
Chicken (4 3oz pieces)4 flour TortillasPinto BeanstomatosJalepenosShredded Parmasan CheeseLime JuiceSea SaltLemon Pepper
First Marinate the chicken in 1/2 cup lime juice, 1 tbsn lemon pepper, 1 tbsn sea salt. Start Marinating about 3-4 hours before cooking for best taste.
Cooking:
Use a grill (i use a counter top george forman) Heat grill than cook chicken thurowly.
Shred chicken.
Place Chicken in side tortilla and roll up.
Blend tomatos and Jalepenos to a liquid and pour over the rolled tortillas.
Sprinkle 3 table spoons of cheese on each tortilla
Bake for 10 minutes.
Cook Pinto beans and season to taste.
Plate up all your food and Enjoy!
