Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 cups Almond Flour1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon baking soda6 Tablespoons melted coconut oil4 Tablespoons honey2 teaspoons vanilla extract2 Tablespoons almond milkDesired amount of chocolate chips (I used 1/2 cup)
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside
Put all the wet ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and sir together. Once mixed well, add in the chocolate chips and stir.
Place on cookie sheet (about Tablespoon of dough). Cook 10-12 minutes and then let cool on the pan for 5 minutes
Serving Size: 20 cookies (about a Tablespoon of dough)
