8 Cups Gluten Free Oatmeal3/4 C Almonds, slivered (unsalted)3/4 C chopped walnuts3/4 C Pine Nuts1 C Dried Cranberries (or raisins)1 C Coconut Oil1/4 C Pure Maple Syrup1 Tbsp Cinnamon2 Tsp Nutmeg1 Tsp Sea Salt

Mix dry ingredients
In Saucepan cook oil, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and Salt on low until well blended....approximately 7 mins
