1 Banana1/2 cup milk1/2 cup coconut water1/2 cup to 1 cup canned pumpkin1 scoop protein powder (this can be omitted if you do not need the extra calories)1 cup to 2 cups power greens or mixed green medley (I always add greens to my smoothies they make it thicker and add some extra iron1/8 cup chopped pecans Pumpkin pie spice, Cinnamon, ginger, cloves, allspice, nutmeg are all great flavor additions that help enhance the pie flavor. I like to add a bit of cayenne to it adds an unexpected little kick.
Put all of the ingredients in a blender with ice mix until smooth.
