No-Bake Quinoa Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa- 1 cup all natural peanut butter- 1 large ripe banana- 3 tbsp. oats- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
Directions
- Cook quinoa according to package directions and let cool until room temperature
- Mix all ingredients together except chia seeds together
- Spread in prepared pan and pat down.
- Top with chia seeds
- Refrigerate for 4h or over night
