Ingredients
chop all of the above ingredients, into bite sizes pieces. Add any spices you like. I put in garlic salt, garlic powder, pepper, calcutta heat, and about 1/10 of a jalapeno. too spicy for most.
Directions
put everything into a big pot and bring to a boil. turn down heat and let simmer for 1 hour. turn off and let sit for about 30 minutes before serving.
