Baked chicken thighs

1.5 lbs chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)1/4 c real maple syrup1/2 c dijon mustard1 T rice vinegarsalt and pepperfresh rosemary
Preheat oven to 450.
Mix together in a bowl syrup, mustard and vinegar.
In a foil lined pan, lay out the thighs. Season them with salt and pepper. Pour dressing over chicken to evenly coat.
Bake for 40 minutes. Halfway through, baste chicken.
Check temp around 36-38 min mark. Should be 165F.
Let chicken rest 5 mins.
Sprinkle rosemary over top.
