Greens and Fruit

Ingredients
1 cup kale1 cup Spinach 1 cup seedless grapes1 Bartlett Pear, or 3/4 a cup1 Orange, Medium1 Banana, Medium 1 tsp Chia seeds, 4.2g1/2 Cup water2 cups Ice
Directions
Blend all till smooth... I find it easier to blend the greens in some water first then add te rest.. Just cause I like my greens nice and liquefied!
