1.5 tbsp flax meal and 4.5 tbsp water2.25 cups buckwheat flour2.25 baking powder1.5 tsp cinnamon0.5 tsp ground ginger1 tsp salt2 small banana mashed, riper the better1 zucchini grated fine2/3 cup milk of choicesliced almonds, optional (other nuts work as well)1 tbsp oil2 tbsp apple sauce
Directions
mix flax meal and warm water together and let sit
mix dry ingredients
mash banana and mix wet into dry
