Ingredients
1/2 cup ham, visible fat removed and chopped4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese1/2 teaspoon black pepper 4 biscuits
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine the ham, eggs, cheese and pepper in a medium bowl.
Split open the biscuits.
Divide the ham and egg mixture between the biscuits, then place on a baking sheet and heat until the cheese melts.
