Cream Cheese Brownies

4 ounces of light cream cheese1 egg1/2 cup sugar2 Tbls flour2 eggs1 cup sugar3/4 cup flourpinch of salt1/4 cup cocoa1/2 cup margarine1 1/3 cups of icing sugar1/3 cup cocoa3 Tbls margarine2 - 3 Tbls hot water
Beat cream cheese and egg well. Gradually blend sugar and flour in until well blended. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs until frothy, add sugar, flour and salt. Melt margarine and cocoa powder and then add to the rest of the ingredients. Stir well.
Spread half the brownie mixture in a greased 8 x 8 pan, then the cream cheese mixture followed by the remaining brownie mixture.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-+35 minutes until it shows signs of pulling away from the sides of the pan.
Let cool completely.
Mix the icing sugar, cocoa, margarine, and 2 Tbls of hot water adding upwards to 3 depending on smoothness of icing.
Frost brownies.
