Dijon Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients
1 tilapia fillet1 T light mayo1 t Dijon mustard1 t horseradish1 t lemon juice1 T plain bread crumbs1.5 t grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Non-stick spray a baking sheet, and place fillet on it.
- Mix everything else together in a bowl.
- Spread mixture over top of the fillet.
- Bake 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
