Lemon Orzo Chicken Soup

Ingredients
Orzo Pasta, 1.5 cup (remove) *Chicken, Perdue Chicken breasts, 4 serving (remove) Chicken Broth, 8 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) *Carrot - raw, chopped, 1 cup (remove) *1 cup onion chopped, .5 serving (remove) *Celery (1 Stalk), 1 serving (remove) Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon, 2 serving (remove) Parsley, 3 tbsp (remove) *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) *Garlic , Clove Chopped, 2 serving (remove)bay leafsalt pepperlemon zest of 2 lemons
Directions
Sautee veggies in oil, add broth, lemon juice and zest and bay leaf. Cook until boiling. Add orzo and cook until tender - about 10 min. Add chicken, parsley, salt and pepper to taste and simmer for 15 minutes
