Asparagus Cream Cheese Spears

Ingredients
I Asparagus Spear1 tsp Fat Free Cream CheeseI thin slice Honey Ham 97% Fat Free
Directions
Blanch asparagus in boiling water for 1-2 minutes depending on how crunchy you want it. Immediately remove from heat and put in ice cold water to stop the cooking process.

Pull apart ham into individual slices. Be very carful because they are very thinly sliced.

Spread cream cheese onto ham and then roll asparagus spear up. You can add some seasoning on to the cream cheese bf rolling if you want- ranch or garlic powder is yummy.
