Chicken Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 Package skinless bonelss thin chicken breasts1 28 oz can diced tomatoes (undrained)2 cans low sodium black beans (drained & rinsed)1 can no salt added yellow corn (drained)1/2 cup organic mild salsa1 can green chiles (undrained)1/2 cup water1 taco packet
Directions
Add all ingredients to crockpot cook on high until chicken is fully cooked.
Remove chicken from crockpot and shred (I shred this in my kitchen aide mixer, done in SECONDS and has to be done while chicken is still hot)
Once chicken is shredded place back into crockpot and leave on low or warm until ready to eat.
