Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
365 Organic Quinoa, 1.5 cup (remove)Scallions, raw, 4 medium (4-1/8" long) (remove)Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 20 serving (remove)Feta Cheese, 4 oz (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)*Oishii Dried Konbu Seaweed, 30 gram(s) (remove)*Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz (remove)
Directions
Cook quinoa according to package directions. Add lemon juice and all to cool. Slice tomatoes and scallions, reserving green portions. Fold into quinoa, along with cheese and olive oil. Garnish with scallion greens.
